The Brief
An existing building requiring a new internal arrangement, upgraded services and a level of finish suited to its next use.
Our Role
Strip-out, structural alterations, new partitioning, services upgrades, glazing, wet trades and finishes.
The Build
Existing conditions were surveyed before demolition so that structural alterations could be planned rather than improvised. Work was carried out in sequence to limit disruption to the surrounding property.
Result
A completed interior with upgraded services, handed over ready for occupation.
