The Brief
A commercial office building requiring disciplined construction within an operational precinct. Programme certainty, access control and coordination with tenant requirements shaped the approach.
Our Role
Construction of the primary structure, facade installation, internal partitioning, services coordination and the delivery of tenant-ready floor plates.
The Build
Deliveries and lifting were programmed around the surrounding precinct. Structural, facade and services trades were coordinated through weekly site review with the professional team.
Result
Floor plates handed over sequentially, allowing occupation to begin while remaining works continued in controlled, separated zones.
