The Brief
A multi-building development requiring phased construction across a large site, with several teams working concurrently under one programme.
Our Role
Bulk earthworks, structural works, coordination of multiple subcontractor teams, site logistics, temporary works and programme management across phases.
The Build
The site was divided into working zones so that structure, envelope and finishing trades could progress in parallel without interference. Materials, access routes and plant were planned around each phase.
Result
Phases are released as they complete, allowing the client to bring sections of the development into use ahead of overall completion.
