The Brief
A private residence on a mature suburban site, requiring a considered relationship between interior living space, garden and northern light. The brief called for a high level of finish across masonry, glazing and joinery.
Our Role
Principal contractor. Site establishment, earthworks, structural works, masonry, roofing, glazing installation, wet trades, finishes and the coordination of specialist subcontractors.
The Build
Work was sequenced around the existing landscape and access constraints of the site. Structural elements were set out and verified before wet trades commenced, and finishing trades were programmed to protect completed work.
Result
A residence handed over with the interior, external works and services complete. Details, tolerances and finishes were reviewed with the client and design team before final handover.
