The Brief
A multi-level residential building requiring a repeated structural cycle, tight vertical logistics and consistent quality from lower floors through to the upper levels.
Our Role
Structural frame, formwork and reinforcement cycles, vertical transport, envelope installation and internal finishing coordination.
The Build
A repeating floor cycle was established early and refined as the building rose. Setting out was verified at every level, and material handling was coordinated around a constrained site footprint.
Result
Construction continues on programme, with completed levels progressively released to finishing trades.
